Fried Dough Twists麻花
今天单位食堂有一道菜叫干锅鸡，但是里面放了许多小麻花，作为配菜，想想还是很小的时候吃过麻花了。
麻花，我们当地叫油搅儿，把两三股条状的面拧在一起，用油炸熟即可，是一种休闲小食品。经过创新，现在麻花有肯多种口味，蜂蜜味、黑糖味、奶油味、香葱味、海苔味等等。
