Luciana's small Octopus
ingredients for 4 people:
800g of small octopuses
salt
500g cherry tomatoes
parsley
garlic
100g black olives
extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
clean and rinse the small octopus with cold water
cook them in a pan with extra virgin olive oil until they become red
Meanwhile, in another pan, pour extra virgin olive oil and brown the garlic
add previously cleaned cherry tomatoes rinsed with cold water and cut in half cook them first at a fairly high flame and after 3 minutes lower the heat and let them continue to cook adding a part of chopped parsley towards the end add the black olives without stone continue to cook for another 4-5 minutes.
