You have some great info here! I did an extremely low carb diet for about 5 months and lost about 70 pounds. Carbs can really pack on the pounds if youre not watching your calories. I have since started adding good carbs back into my diet along with some exercise to try and maintain my weight loss. I just love my fruits way too much to give them up for life!

Weight loss and fruits are part and parcel for each other. We are talking about weight gain here and that should be healthy not accumulating fats. Carbohydrates are the source to gain weight and not look obese.
