How to make Eggplant Parmesan! A super delicious recipe!

1 sliced eggplant
2 tsp of salt
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
1 cup of breadcrumbs
2 whisked eggs
1 cup of flour
2 cups of olive oil
1 can or jar of Marinara
1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup or parmesan cheese
to start mix you salt, garlic powder, black pepper, italian seasoning, breadcrumbs and 1/2 cup of parmesan, once mixed set aside.
Get your 2 eggs and whisk in a separate container, set aside.
Slice your eggplant into thin but equal parts. Sprinkle your eggplant with salt on both side of the slice to prevent oxidation from getting on the eggplant.
Place 1 cup of flour on a separate container.
Now dip you eggplant slice onto the flour covering thoroughly. Next dip the eggplant on the egg, then dip your eggplant on the breadcrumb mix pressing firmly. Repeat for all the eggplant slices.
Now heat 2 cups of olive oil on a frying pan. Place your breaded eggplant on the oil and fry till each side is golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Now grab your can of pasta sauce place a little sauce on a baking pan, place you fried eggplant on top. Now add some of your shredded mozzarella and parmesan now repeat the process, adding pasta sauce, eggplant, cheese and sauce.
Now pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees and bake you eggplant parmesan for 15 minutes.
Now you can serve with your favorite pasta.
