Chicken baked with fresh potatoes and tomatoes
Ingredients for 4 servings:
The basis
1 whole chicken 1.5 kilograms
Young potato 500 grams
Tomato middle 4 pcs.
Garlic 4 denticles
dry garlic 1/2 tsp.
sour cream 150 grams
Salt and pepper to taste
Cut the chicken into pieces, salt, pepper and pickle in a mixture of sour cream and grated garlic.
Potatoes carefully washing, wipe paper towels. Cut into slices, add vegetable oil, salt and dry garlic. Stirred.
Cut the tomatoes into 6 pieces each. We put potatoes, tomatoes and pickled chicken on a baking tray.
