Apple STRUDEL with NUTS.Step by Step!

We Need:
- 2 sheets of puff pastry,
- 3 large apples,
- cinnamon,
- 200 g sugar
- 250 g flour
- 100g nuts,
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs,
1 egg + 1 teaspoon of water, whipped, for lubrication
Cooking:
1.Heat the oven to 190C.
2.Apples cut into cubes. Spread in a bowl and mix with cinnamon,1 half of sugar, flour. Leave for 20 minutes, allowed to apple juice.
3.In a separate bowl, mix the nuts and a half of sugar. Roll out 1 dough sheet, sprinkle the walnut mixture on top and spread the apple.
4.Close the filling, wrapping the edges of the test. Repeat with the second sheet and the remaining filling.
Fold the edge of the rolls. We spread the rolls on a baking sheet, the laid paper.
5.Grease lubricated egg. Make a longitudinal incision on each roulade.
6.Bake at 190 degrees 45 minutes until golden brown.
Classically it serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
