Today I want to share a recipe with you, fried scallops with rice flour (Acehnese: payek)
This food looks very simple, although simple, it was quite tasty, and how to make it pretty easy.
You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook.
Ingredients
the main ingredient :
- 300 grams of Scallops
- 150 grams of rice flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- Flavoring to taste
Ingredients are mashed :
- 2 spring onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper powder
- 1/4 tablespoon coriander powder
ingredients are sliced :
- 2 cloves Shallot
- 2 cloves garlic
- 5 red chili
- 5 lime leaves
How to cultivate it:
- cleaning shellfish
- then boiled 10 minutes
- separating the shells from the shell
- stir the rice flour with water
- enter materials are mashed
- enter sliced material
- Add salt and flavorings to taste
- enter Scallops
- Stir-stir
- Set skillet
- heat the oil
- then fried until cooked, step by step
