Mamey Sapote pouteria sapota
Pouteria sapota or mamey sapote is a large evergreen and highly ornamental tree that can reach tp heights of 150 feet upon maturity. It's seed do not grow true to seed so it is mainly propagated by grafting. The tree is native to Central America and Cuba. The fruit is commonly eaten and is also used in ice cream, milkshakes, fruit bars, and smoothies. Mamey fruit is an excellent source of vitamin C and vitamin B6 , and is a good source of vitamin E, riboflavin, manganese, niacin, dietary fiber and potassium.

They look delicious, I have only had it in a drink served at Mexican restaurants but someday I will find this fruit and eat it.
