Wow that sounds like a delicious mushroom. The new easy ay to prepare garlic mushrooms if you run out of garlic!! Sounds heavenly. Have you been fortunate enough to have eaten it yourself or just researched the topic?
I haven't found this mushroom yet but I will be on the East Coast of the USA later this month and I'm going to go mushroom hunting and find them.
