Grilled Rice Recipe
Special Baked Rice
Materials needed :
300 grams of fluffier rice
2 bay leaves
1/2 liter of plain water / coconut milk from 1 coconut seed
4 red onion cloves and finely sliced
2 tablespoons teri medan
2 lemongrass stems, just white and bruised
Banana leaves to wrap
1 teaspoon of flavoring
2 red chillies
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
1 teaspoon of sugar
Complementary material:
Fried onions
Fried chicken
Basil
Crackers / Melinjo
Cucumber slices
Sliced boiled eggs
Fried Tempe / Tofu
How to make special grilled rice
Saute red onion and red chillies until fragrant. Then add water or coconut milk (choose one of them), bay leaves, lemongrass, anchovies, sugar, flavoring. keep stirring until boiling.
After entering the rice, stir until evenly distributed and cover the pan and cook for about 30 minutes using only low heat until cooked.
If it's cooked, turn off the heat and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Take the rice and wrap it on banana leaves like rice cake.
Then burn until cooked, and not until the leaves of the banana are charred. If it is sufficiently cooked, remove and drain
The last one will serve roasted rice on a plate and supplement with the prepared ingredients. And roasted rice is ready to eat while it's hot
