Make Rice Cake With Cheese 🍜
Tteokbokki is one of Korea's famous street food snacks, which are enjoyed by many young Vietnamese. The cake is made from the sticky rice cake with a characteristic chili sauce, when you eat will feel the heat to heat people on cold rainy days, this dish becomes even more attractive
160gr rice flour and 40gr sticky rice flour. 200ml hot water, add gradually. Mix well
Knead gently
Let rest at room tempt while making cheese
100gr mozzarella cheese. Cut into cubes 5-6gr each
Divide dough into 10gr and make round rice cakes with filling
Cool rice cakes in boiling water and stir well so that cakes don’t stick to each other 4-5 minutes
Leave in iced water 30 secs then take out
Mix with little oil to prevent cakes sticking to each other
#2 Make the broth
10gr garlic. 10gr ginger. 100gr onion
Add onion, ginger, garlic and 15gr dried shrimps and 1L water. Simmer in 30-40 min
100gr carrot. 100gr fish cake. 10gr spring onion
1 tpsp gochujang. 2 tpsp soy sauce
1 tpsp korean chilli flakes. 1 tpsp brown sugar
Cook on medium heat
Put the cheese on
