How to make DURIAN CREPE
Durian is a special fruit, with those who do not know how to eat may taste unpleasant. However, if anyone has been a fan of durian, it would have to smell the aroma, greasy feeling will be the most attractive when enjoying this fruit
🍓
4/5 cup all purpose flour. 1.5 tbsp sugar. 2 egg
Coconut milk
1/3 cup + 4 tsp coconut milk. ¾ cup + 4 tsp milk. Mix well
Run bater through a sieve
Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes

150ml cold whipping cream. 1 tpsp caster sugar
Mix well. After mixing, put it in the fridge
🍒Go back to the cake
This is the batter after 30 minutes chilled. Get half of the batter for pandan flavor. Mix ½ tsp pandan flavor with that part of batter
Add a little butter
Fry on low heat for 1- 1.5 minutes
Pineapple cake
🍍It’s time to fill them
Durian flesh
Add whipped cream, durian and wrap it up
Repeat with the rest of crepes and fillings
DONE 🍸

No my country does not but we have other nutritious fruits
