Fitness Overnight Oats Recipe (in 5min)
Welcome everybody!
I am passionate about making healthy food, especially for breakfast. So I thought I might share my recipes and pictures with you guys. Let’s start this series today with my favourite overnight oats recipe, which just takes 5-7min to prepare:
Fitness Overnight Oats Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- ½ cup of oats
- ½ cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon of protein power (optional, in my case I choose chocolate flavour)
- your favourite fruit toppings (in my case strawberry & blueberry)
How to:
- Mash up the banana
- Pour in the oats, milk, flaxseed & protein powder. If you want a larger/smaller portion just make sure you mix the same amount of milk & oats for a nice consistency.
- Mix everything well & put it in the fridge overnight.
- Top with your favourite fruit and enjoy :)
