This smoothie is totally sugar and dairy free, which helps to lost and control weight keeping the body hydrated and gives a refreshing felling.

  1. 1 Banana

  2. 1 Avocado

  3. 1 Cup Blueberries/ Mixed Berries

  4. 1 Tea Spoon almond Butter

  5. Pinch of Cinnamon Powder

  6. Glass of water

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and Enjoy !

I'm decided to give this a try, and surprised (I don't like avocado) its great!

I'll try this but seems expensive. :(
