Nuts contain a hard shell.The edible part of nuts is the shell and we use nuts without the shell.Nuts are the rich source of energy and also a good source of vitamins and Minerals.Nuts provide us many benefits.Some benefits of nuts are described here below.

Nuts are the good source of vitamins and vitamins provide us energy.Vitamins are very necessary for our body metabolism.Nuts contain many vitamins some are here below.

Nuts are the also good source of minerals.Minerals are the good source of energy.Minerals provide us healthy and safe life and reduce the risk of many diseases.Nuts contain many minerals some are here below.
