Lahori Murg Channy/ A different blend of Pulses
I made Lahori style murg channy at home today. It is very famous if you eat from outside but as we cannot enjoy that anymore because of quarantine. I made some experimentation while preparing this dish and it did turned out to be good
- Chicken
- White Pulse
- Onion
- Green Chilli
- Oil
- Spices
- Tomatoes
- Black Pepper
I first prepared chicken
Then washed and boil White Channa
Then sliced some onions
Start to fry onions in pan to make sauce
Add ginger along with other things
Now its spices turn to add
Mash potatoes
Add them into mixture
Now its time to take other white Daal
It had a very unique taste and it was awesome even in first attempt.
