The way of nutrition therapy is to eliminate foods that negatively affect energy metabolism. To heal the body itself. 1 - To use pure and clean water add to the detoxification process. The temperature of the water as to be at ambient temperature. To be efficient you have to drink about 8 to 10 glass of pure water a day to get the best of the detoxification process. When you are drinking it you must take a little time with the water in your mouth so it can get mixed to your salivas. You can also drink some herb juices like Ginger juice, Pandan juice (Pandanus amaryllifolius), Fruit juice without sugar not even natural sugar.

2 - Eating fish from the sea helps also to detoxify. Sea fish have omega 3 like Sardine, Salmon (fresh water fish) but mostly sea fish.... Food that is not suitable for detoxification like all the instant food, processed food, and industrial food because of the addition in it of food coloring, monosodium glutamate, Irradiated food and industrial diet food. As well as orange, lemon, tea, coffee and all kind of drink with caffeine and alcohol.
