Sugar Frost Peanuts

Today I share with everyone a favorite dish for children:Sugar Frost Peanuts.

I still remember that when I was a child, my mother often made icing sugar frost peanuts for me to eat at home. At that time, the favorite snack was it. The crunchy peanuts were wrapped in a thin layer of sugar sand, sweet and crisp, I feel that I will never eat enough.

My daughter name is Ruoxi,she is a very cute little princess.Now my daughter likes it too, I will often make it for her, she also likes it very much. After the sugar frost peanuts is made, it must be sealed and stored, once it gets wet, it will affect the taste.

Need to be prepared ingredients:

1: peanuts (350 g); 2: white sugar (150 g); 3: corn starch (45-50 g); 4: clear water (70 ml).

Step:

1: Bake the peanuts in a 150° oven for 20 minutes, then remove and cool;

2: Pour water and sugar into the pot, use a small fire, and stir constantly;

3: Wait for the syrup in the pot to make a bubbling, then pour the peanuts and stir fry for 1.5 minutes;

4: Next put the corn starch in three times, and stir and stir fry for 3 minutes;

5: Finally turn off the fire and continue to stir fry for 1 minute to complete.

Matters needing attention: 

1: The temperature of baking peanuts can be adjusted according to your preference, the list is for reference only;

2: A small fire must be used throughout the process of making sugar water and frying peanuts;

3: The addition of corn starch should be completed in three parts, adding 30% add to the first time, 30% add to the second time,  40% add to the third time;
