Laoganma Bean Sauce Grilled Oyster

Grilled oysters are special snacks in the coastal areas of China, they are made from fresh oysters and baked in charcoal, we use the oven to make them today, and the taste is very tender and delicious.
The practice of grilled oysters is very simple, just put the garlic and bean sauce on the oysters and put them directly on the charcoal fire or in the oven, this will ensure the freshness of the raw oysters.
Ingredients:
1: oyster (220 g); 2: shrimp (40 g); 3: garlic (5 g); 4: coriander (3 g); 5: shallot (5 g); 6: red pepper (2 g);
7: Laoganma bean sauce (7 g); 8: soy sauce (1 g); 9: white sesame (0.5 g); 10: lemon juice (1 g); 11: vegetable oil (10 g).
Step:
1: Wash the shrimp, then remove the shell and internal organs, then chop the shrimp, garlic, parsley, red pepper and shallot;
2: Pour the vegetable oil into the pot and heat to 30%, then add garlic, red pepper, Laoganma bean sauce, soy sauce, parsley, white sesame, shallot and lemon juice, stir fry for 2 minutes;
3: Put the shrimp and fry sauce in the bowl and mix well;
4: Pour the mixed shrimp sauce evenly onto each oyster, then put it in the oven and bake it at 200° for 12 minutes;
5: Finally sprinkle with scallions on the grilled oysters and start enjoying the food.

1: Oysters need to be soaked in water for 2 hours in advance, then cleaned and used;
