Tumeric Root @senseicat

I bought some turmeric root so that I can make tea to help with inflammation. A friend of mine has arthritis and so I shared some with her this morning hoping that it will help reduce pain naturally. I enjoy turmeric spice with curry and recommend the health benefits.
