UCLA researchers have proven that curcumin improves memory and mood in mild cases of age related memory loss.
Curcumin is a chemical in curry and gives it it's color.
Cognitive assessments and blood levels were checked consistently throughout the study.
There was a 28% improvement in those receiving curcumin vs. placebo in memory and attention abilities.
Moderate levels of curcumin in the body is considered safe, despite a few people experiencing nausea.

We call it as turmaric and . It is believed to have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and perhaps even anticancer properties.
I actually take Turmeric curcumin and it is wonderful to finally have a conclusive study. It has been challenging to test due to the instability of the chemical.

Probably even more than that. I like how some fake medie overexaggerate its cancer-fighting properties though. It is not 10,000 times more effective than chemotherapy, or it has not been proven yet.
Curry is a mix of spices from which turmeric also called curcumin is one, and one of its active compounds is called curcumin as the spice itself.

Adding to your post, it also has some great anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer proprieties, and you can increase the absorption with black pepper by a bunch
It even seem to prevent Alzheimer :)
