Isn't pie one of the best inventions ever? This blueberry pie has a secret...it is sugar free. Surprisingly, it is delicious and it is true that you can have a tasty dessert without the added sugar. I think that it takes some time to get used to consuming less sugar, but eventually you tend prefer less sweet desserts.

It is rare for me to indulge in a piece of chocolate or sweet item without it being sugar free. It actually tastes way too overwhelmingly sweet. The good news is that I then just take a few small bites and feel completely satisfied.

I believe that you can train your body to prefer healthier versions of foods and beverages and ultimately it is so much better for you.
