Looks amazing! I make one every week to eat and then simmer for broth. If you want a more "rotisserie" finished chicken, I chop up onions into bigger pieces and place on bottom of crockpot to elevate the chicken. Then I put Olive Oil over top of chicken and then sprinkle my spices. Cover and cook. The chicken skin becomes crispier and the meat is fall off the bone good! Happy cooking! Thank you for sharing.
