for the test:
Butter 100 g
cottage cheese 100 g
flour 100 g
eggs 1 pc.
sugar 1 pinch
salt 1 pinch
For filling:
sugar 1 tbsp.
cinnamon 1 pinch
Pour out the flour on the table, add cubes of chilled butter and cottage cheese, chop with a wide knife until buttery crumbs, put the yolk, knead the dough, mold the bun, wrap with a film, put a mine on 40 on the top shelf of the refrigerator.
