flour 525 g
sugar vanilla 1 cup
milk (room temperature) 160 ml
butter (softened) 100 g
eggs 3 pcs.
sugar ⅓ cup
yeast 2 tsp
salt
sunflower oil (for frying)
For filling:
strawberry 500 g
sugar ⅓ cup
lemon juice 2 tsp.
Mix with a mixer yeast with milk.
Sprinkle salt, flour, sugar, drive in eggs. Stir for several minutes at low speed.
Put the butter. Stir 5-6 minutes until uniform. The mass should lag behind the walls. If necessary, add a few spoons of flour.
Spread large capacity with vegetable oil, put the dough. Cover with food wrap, send to the refrigerator for 6-15 hours.
Sprinkle the table with flour, roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 centimeter. Cut circles with a diameter of 7-8 centimeters. Lay the workpieces on the surface, sprinkled with flour. Cover with a film, buttered. Set aside for a few hours.
Prepare the filling with fresh strawberries. Cut the strawberries, grind them in a blender. Pour the mass into the saucepan, pour the sugar, add lemon juice.
Cook for 20 minutes, stirring. Cool it down.
Heat the oil in a saucepan or frying pan. Fry donuts from all sides.
