Fried Apple Pie
Ingredients
6 servings
Dough content:
100 g of poor apples
100 ml of water
2 cm cinnamon bars
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp cinnamon powder
2 tablespoons cornstarch
a little salt
Skin dough:
220 g wheat flour
1 tsp salt
70 g of butter / margarine
4-5 tablespoons liquid milk / water
Wheat flour for sprinkling

Step

Make dough content: peel apples, then cut the shape of the dice 1/2 cm in size. Boil water, add apples and cinnamon. Cook to 1/2 cooked, add sugar and cinnamon powder, stirring until the sugar melts.
Dissolve maize and salt with a little water of input in apple dough, cook until cooked, set aside.
Make skin dough: mix flour and salt, butter / margarine input, stirring with pastry knife or 2 knife with cutting motion until crumb-shaped. Then splash water / liquid milk while stirring. After the dough is mixed, solid ball, wrap with plastic, store in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Rinse 3 mm thick dough on a floury table. Sliced dough rectangular shape 12x12 cm in size.
Take a piece of leather, put 2 teaspoons of content above it. Grease the skin with a little water, then fold two. Press-trim the edges with a fork.
Heat a lot of cooking oil so the pie is completely submerged. Fry the pie until done. serve
