Udon soup. Recipe

Traditional Japanese soup - quickly and without frills, but very tasty! Especially would like to lovers of spicy

You will need:

  1. Egg noodles (udon)
  2. Soy sauce
  3. Quail eggs
  4. Chili
  5. Sesame

Cooking method:

  • Put in a pan the water in an amount of 3 cups of water for 2 servings of noodles
  • After boiling, pour the noodles in a saucepan and allow to boil
  • After 3 minutes, pour 100 ml of cold soy sauce, add chilli and sesame. Again bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute

  • Pour into a bowl broth with noodles and immediately to break the quail egg (possible two)

  • Mix, waiting, when the protein is cooked and served. Done!

more so made by someone from the West.
