You will need:
- Coconut milk (can be without it) 200gr
- Kaffir Lime leaves 5-7 pieces
- Galanga root 15gr
- Lemongrass 15gr
- Lime or lemon 1 pc
- Pasta for Tom Yam 1 portion
- Tiger shrimps 6-8 pieces.
- Cherry tomatoes 7-10 pcs.
- Oyster mushrooms 100gr
- Cilantro
- Chili pepper
Method of preparation:
- Shrimp pour hot water, and then clean, or (optional) broth cooked with whole shrimps
- Large cut oyster mushrooms (in fact, cutting off only the main leg), chili and tomatoes
- At the bottom of the pan, fry the pasta for Tom Yam, throw the tomatoes and chili. Fry for a couple of minutes, and immediately fill with water (400-500ml), add galangal root, kaffir and lemongrass
- Bring to a boil, and throw oyster mushrooms. After repeated boiling, add shrimp, coconut milk and again give a boil
- Serve hot, with a slice of lime or lemon and cilantro. Done!
