Raw veg sweets. Recipe

Very tasty and, perhaps, the healthiest candy on the creation of which will take no more than 15-20 minutes :)

You will need:

  1. Nuts (Suit absolutely any of your choice: walnuts, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, etc.)
  2. Dates (You can also use a banana)
  3. Spices (Just for your taste: cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, etc.)
  4. Chips of coconut

As this recipe is enough of variability, I will describe two of my favorite options:

  • 100g Walnut
  • 100g cashew
  • Dates
    Cinnamon, Cardamom, vanilla

or

  • 100g Walnut
  • 100 g almonds
  • 1 banana
  • Cardamom

Cooking method:

  • Separate the pip of dates and soak them in drinking water that would become softer

  • At this time, grind nuts in a blender

  • Add dates and spices and grind it all together

  • Next from the received mass sculpt balls and roll in coconut flakes

  • Done!

Also, you can put balls in the fridge or freezer for a more solid consistency and less sweet taste
