Pasta with shrimps and vegetables in creamy sauce. Recipe
You will need:
- Shrimps peeled 100-150gr
- 2 medium tomatoes
- French bean
- 1 glass of milk
- Pasta
- Salt and garlic
Cooking method:
- Peel the shrimp (or take peeled ones) and cut the tomatoes
- Melt butter in a deep frying pan, and fry the shrimps
- Add the tomatoes and fry until it almost complete.
- Add the french beans and simmer for another couple of minutes.
- Pour in the milk, add the spices and simmer until evaporating the milk at almost half
- Add in the end cooked pasta, and put out all together for another couple of minutes. Add more salt if needed
