Early morning breakfast after a sleepless night - Fresh and vegan
Last night was long for @yoganarchista and me. So we decided that it's not worth it anymore to go to sleep. I went to the supermarket instead (24 hours a day open) and got everything to make a nice breakfast.
I made scrambeled tofu, risi-bisi rice, spinach with zaatar (a syrian spice mixture). Also fresh tomatoes, avocado, watercress and chilli stuffed olives. Also I pressed fresh orange juice.
Letzte Nacht war lang für @yoganarchista und mich. Also entschieden wir, dass es sich nicht mehr lohnt, schlafen zu gehen. Ich ging stattdessen zum Supermarkt (24 Stunden am Tag geöffnet) und bekam alles, um ein gutes Frühstück zu machen.
Es gab scrambeled Tofu, Risi-Bisi Reis, Spinat mit Zaatar (eine syrische Gewürzmischung). Außerdem frische Tomaten, Avocado, Kresse und mit Chilli gefüllte Oliven. Dazu habe ich frischen Orangensaft gepresst.

I believe my unhealthy sleep rhythm as an active DJ in the past, caused my illness as well as emotional stress. You need sleep to heal & recouperate!

It's the first night since travelling to Steemfest without sleep for us. One in a while can't hurt :p
