This is seriously the moto that I apply to every aspect of my life. In terms of fitness, nutrition, relationships and important life decisions - listen to your body and you'll always make the right choice! I've always been a person who loves to accept and appreciate people's differences and opinions. This same mentality relates to nutrition and diet. It's so important to find a way of eating that is right for YOU and makes you feel satisfied! For me, that's a paleo based diet.
Sure I eat rice, buckwheat and other grains here and there but majority of the time you'll find me chowing down on vegetables, nuts, seeds, lean meat and fruit! This style of eating makes me feel amazing, gives me loads of energy, aids my digestion and provides my body with an abundance of macro and micronutrients 🙂
Be true to yourself, whether you're paleo based like me, vegan, vegetarian, ketosis, pescatarian, whatever it may be. Make sure you're eating in a way that is true to yourself. Be confident and proud of your decisions and listen to your body
