Tofu And Paneer Bhurji | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana
200 grams cottage cheese (paneer), grated
200 grams tofu, grated
1 tablespoon oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
1 medium tomato, finely chopped
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon cumin powder
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
Fresh coriander leaf for garnishing
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion and sauté till translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté till onion turns golden brown.
- Add tomato and sauté till soft. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add 3-4 tablespoons water, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add cottage cheese and tofu, mix and cook for 1 minute.
- Add salt, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon coriander leaves and mix well.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
