Eggs Benny with a TWIST
Good evening all!
I had cooked up a ham the other day and had a bunch left over that I needed to use up...... So that’s where the Eggs Benedict came into play!
I heat up my waffle iron and put my good ol tater tots in it. I cook them until they stick together to form a waffle.
While that’s cooking I get a bearnaise sauce ready-any pre-packaged one will do! Then start frying your eggs however you like them done!
Layer it on up-tot waffle, sliced ham, eggs, and a good drizzle of bearnaise sauce!
There you have it, a delicious meal that will make anyone’s mouth water 🤤
