Awesome tasty delicacy for my favorite Steemians (My first tryout of Steepshot).

My dear Steemians, I'm back with delicious recipe to treat your taste buds, enjoy.

Ingredients:

Cookies 500g;
Dried fruit200g;
Plant based milk 100ml, you choose what tastes better;
Carob powder 100g - cocoa replacement;
Little bit 2-3Tbs of some kind of sweetener if want;
Coconut flakes100g;
Some food film to wrap it up and shape it.

Preparation:
Crumble cookies in smaller pieces,
Cut dried fruit in smaller pieces ad to cookies,
Put 1/2 cup of carob powder,
Pour milk,
Coconut flakes,
Sweetener,

Mix everything together well, cookies have to become sticky, soft and moist to create dough. For better outcome ad milk little by little while mixing. Let the dough to rest for couple minutes, then shape it in food film and wrap the end's of film and put it in freezer for 2 hours. When you want to eat it just take it out and let it unfreeze little bit and then just slice it. Labu apetīti! (Good apetite in Latvian)
