Have you ever tried Venezuelan Arepas?

If you haven't, you should do it!

It is made with powdered corn, salt and water, it's very simple, but awesome! 

You can fill it with everything you want, there are so many arepas with different names according to the fill, example:

"Reina Pepiada" 

With chicken salad and decorated with avocado.
