Learning to Cook Michelin Starred Cuisine - What Do You Think?
I've been trying to up my cooking game lately and making some incredible cuisine at home. What do you all think of my creations?
Parmesan crisps with goat cheese mousse - only takes about 30 minutes to make.
Tomato petal confit with shallots and chives, haricots verts in a red wine cream sauce, accented with frisee and homemade chive oil.
Watercress soup with poached egg.
Homemade fettuccine noodles hanging to dry - so much healthier and cheaper than store bought.
