Red Sauce Pasta

This is something that is my personal favourite- its the red sauce penne or the red sauce pasta ! Its something that we all would love to eat at any time of the day.

Ingredients-

Boiled pasta
Tomato puree ( make by boiling 2 tomatoes and adding it to a grinder and grinding it well)
Chilli flakes and oregano as per requirement
Chopped coriander for garnish
Chopped capsicum-1
Chopped onion-1
 Salt to taste 
1 Tbsp black pepper powder 
1 tbsp Red Chilli sauce 
1 tbsp Green chilli sauce 
1 Tbsp tomato sauce 
1 tbsp oil ( refined or olive as per your choice) 
Finely chopped garlic

Method-

In a pan heat one tbsp oil. Once its hot, add chopped garlic and one chilly chopped finely. Saute them well. Next add chopped onions and capsicum and mix well.
Add salt to taste, black pepper powder, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce and tomato sauce. Mix all of it nicely.
Next add the tomato puree to it and mix it and cook on medium flame for about 2-3 mins. 
Mix it again. 
Now all the boiled pasta to it and mix it nicely. 
Sprinke some chopped coriander/ cilantro and some chilli flakes and oregano.
Serve hot!
