Indian style Fried rice!

We ate fried rice in lunch and it was delicious. I made it with lots of efforts and off course love. Life has been off schedule these days but still trying hard to survive happily.
So let me share with you the recipe of my Indian style fried rice-
Ingredients
(These are a lot I must say)

  1. Brown rice
  2. tomato
  3. onion
    4, capsicum
  4. garlic
  5. Khade masale - Bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon stick, red dried chilly, cardamom, black pepper, cumin.
  6. salt, chilli powder, turmeric.

Get set cooking....
First of all boil your brown rice in a pan or cooker separately. Now take another pan (Kadhai), pour oil (I used desi ghee). Now add all the khade masale (I mentioned them in ingredients section.) and garlic, now stir them well and enjoy the amazing fragrance. after 3-4 minutes add chopped onions into it and saute it till the onion turns reddish brown.
Add chopped capsicum and tomato into it and half a cup of water. and saute them for few minutes on sim till it turns like this-

Now add the boiled rice, If you are multitasking then take well care of the rice as well they should not boil more or ultimately burn.
Anyways just add rice into the pan and mix them well till it turns out to be like-

And that's it, just serve them hot!
