SAMBEL MENTAH
Bahan:
1 tomat besar atau 2 ukuran sedang, pilih yang matang sempurna dan segar
4-5 buah bawang merah
3 buah cabe rawit merah (jumlah bisa sesuai selera)
1/2 sdm trasi super, goreng
1/2 sdt gula pasir
1 potong jeruk nipis (potong seperti jeruk nipis untuk soto)
garam secukupnya
Cara membuat:
Ulek semua bahan sambel, kecuali jeruk nipis. Setelah halus, tes rasa. Jika dirasa cukup, terakhir masukkan potongan jeruk nipis beserta kulitnya, tekan-tekan dengan ulekan. Aduk rata. Selesai.
Sambel mentah ini paling enak dibikin dadakan sebagai teman ikan goreng dan lalapan. Selamat mencoba
