Superbowl Dessert Galore!

If you are a lover of all things strawberry, YOU MUST TRY THESE!

Not only are these aesthetically pleasing, but they are also pleasing to your tastebuds. They are very easy to make and will prove to have your guests asking for more. With just five ingredients, this is a simple dessert that anyone can make.

Ingredients:

• Strawberry cake mix
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup of olive oil
• 1 cup of water
• Cream cheese frosting
• Optional sprinkles of choice

Directions:

1. Mix the cake mix, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup of olive oil, and 1 cup of water together
2. Bake the cake
3. Let the cake cool once it is out of the oven
4. Crumble up the cake into fine pieces
5. Add in 5 TBSP of the cream cheese frosting to the cake crumbs
6. Combine both the cake crumbs and the cream cheese
7. Using the palm of your hands, roll mixture into balls and place on a tray
8. Place the tray into the freezer
9. Warm the remaining cream cheese frosting in the microwave for 15 seconds
10. Scoop the melted cream cheese frosting and pour it on top of each of the cake balls
11. Optional Add sprinkles of your choice

Another great option is to melt some white chocolate and dip each of the cake balls once they are taken out of the freezer. With cake balls, the possibilities are endless. You can use these same steps to create any cake balls of your favorite cakes.
