Chocolate Pudding Pie Recipe
Learn how to make Chocolate Pudding Pie.
Ingredients:
FOR PIE CRUST/BASE:
o 1.5 Packets Digestive Biscuits (16-18 Biscuits)
o Butter 2-3 tbsp
PUDDING:
o Brown Sugar 3/4 Cup
o Cocoa 1/3 Cup
o Corn Flour 1/4 Cup
o Milk 3 Cup o Salt ½ tsp
o Butter 1 ½ tbsp
o Vanilla Essence 1 ½ tsp
o Chocolate Shavings for Garnishing
Directions:
o Chopperize biscuits & add butter, mix well and press down form in a dish with hand/spoon or spatula in a dish and keep it in freezer for 10-15 mins. Set Aside.
o Whisk together Sugar, cocoa, Corn Flour, and salt in a pan.
o Gradually add cold milk a bit and turn on the heat. Now add remaining milk and keep whisking to combine and to avoid lumps.
o Whisk for 5-6 minutes more till thickens.
o Once thickens, remove from heat and add butter and Vanilla essence in it.
o Pour the mixture on pie/base and leave for 3-4 minutes.
o Sprinkle/garnish with chocolate shavings.
o Chill for 1-2 hours and enjoy.
