Recipe Tteokbokki (Korean Spicy Rice Cake)
Ingredients:
- Material Garaetteok/rice cake:
- 200 grams of rice flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoons tapioca flour
- 1/2 cup hot water
- Adequate cooking oil (to print the dough)
- Gochujang ingredients (sweet sour sauce):
- 4 red chili peppers
- 4 red pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 200 ml of water
- 1 onion
- 1/2 pack of flavoring
- 1 teaspoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
Steps
Garaetteok/rice cake: mix rice and tapioca, salt, then enter hot water (boiling water), enter the water bit by bit until the dough is smooth.
