Chocolate Muffin Sprinkled with Almond Recipes
Ingredients
- 2 large chicken eggs
- 120 gr sugar
- 70 gr butter
- 50 gr margarine
- 50 gr medium protein flour
- 30 gr chocolate powder good quality
- 1 sachet of full cream milk powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
- enough almond to sprinkle
Steps
Clear the butter and margarine, set aside. Stir well flour, cocoa powder, vanilla powder, then sift, set aside. Preheat the oven.
Shake / stir well using whisk sugar and eggs until the sugar dissolves and foaming dough. Then input 3 stages mixture of wheat flour, cocoa powder and powdered vanilla powder before, stir until blended.
Then input 3 stages of butter and margarine which has been melted. Stir well with whisk until homogeneous / blend well. Then pour it in a muffin paper cup until it is almost full (since it does not use the mandatory developer almost full yes). Sprinkle the top with almond sliced / to taste.
Bake in a preheated oven until cooked. Puncture test. Lift and chill.
Ready to eat while accompanied by a glass of warm milk.
