How frequently have you ever been to a barbeque and been significantly dissatisfied via the selection of shop sold burgers and warm puppies with a bare minimum of condiments? It occurs to me all the time.
because it’s 1st Week of February, I’ve been thinking about barbecuing all week. despite the fact that i really like grilled greens, I wanted to grill something with protein. The stores sold veggie burgers and soy hot puppies have been no longer a choice. They usually taste bland to me.

Ingredients Required
Half cup purple lentils (masoor dal)
1/4th cup mung dal – just use three/4 cup red lentils
1/4th cup rice
Half cup of breadcrumbs
3 garlic cloves, grated finely minced
One inch piece of fresh ginger, grated
1/4th medium sized onion, grated or finely minced
1/2th jalapeno" chopped"
1 cup of cauliflower, steamed or boiled
2 small pieces of carrots, steamed or boiled
1 Table Spoon garam masala "Hot Pepper"
1/4 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1/4 cup kind of floor nuts – walnuts, cashews, peanuts…whatever goes
2 tablespoon of nutritional yeast (elective)
2 tablespoon of tomato paste
1/2 tablespoon salt
How to make:-
Convey 2 1/4 cups of water to boil and add the lentils and rice. return to boil. cowl and cook for 15 mins on low warmness.
