COOKING 101: "LUMPIANG SHANGHAI"

Another dish for my cooking post. This dish is another favorite food to be on the table everytime there's gathering and special occasion on the family. It is actually easy to do and very affordable to the budget.
Partnering with perfectly blend sweet and sour with chili sauce would make "Lumpia" more delicious to eat.





INGREDIENTS


1/2 filling lumpiang wrapper

1 bottle cooking oil

1/2 kl. ground pork

1 pc. carrots, chopped

2 medium onion, chopped

2 pinch pepper

1 tsp salt



INSTRUCTION

  1. Combine the ground pork, carrots, pepper, onion, and salt in the deep bowl

  2. Put 1 tsp. of combining ingredients into lumpiang wrapper in long thin shape

  3. In a pan of medium heat, add cooking oil

  4. Add lumpia fry it, until golden brown and crisp

  5. Remove lumpia from oil and drain it

  6. Serve and Enjoy eating with your family
