Torta de maiz
- 4 mazorcas grandes desgranadas
- 4 huevos
- 1 barra de mantequilla
- 4 cucharadas grandes de harina de trigo con leudante
- 1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
- 1 lata de leche condensada
- Vainilla al gusto
- 1/4 de taza de leche
El primer paso es licuar la leche con el maiz , luego agregas los huevos, la mantequilla, la harina y el polvo de hornear, por último agregas la leche condensada y la vainilla al gusto. Se continua batiendo hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea. Introducir en un molde engrasado y enharinado la preparación y hornear por 45 minutos o hasta que se introduzca un palillo y este salga limpio.
