Healthy Dessert For YOUR Children
Ingredient
Squash : 600 grams
Flour : 200 grams
Milk : 200 ml
Oil : 100 ml
sugar : 5 spoons
Baking Powder : 1 teaspoon
PROCEDURES:
1. Wash, slice and cook the squash with water on low fire until soften.
2. Mash the cooked squash while remove and discard the peel.
3. Add the milk, sugar and baking powder unto the mash and mix well.
4. Add the flour and mix well. The mixture is ready to fry.
5. Set the frying pan on medium fire and pour the oil on it.
6. Fry the mixture until golden brown.
