Wow, this looks so delicious. I was a big fan when I tried this a few years back. Before I tried it, I thought it was all just hype. The sriracha tahini mayo is an interesting fusion twist on this. Normally, I think they just put the fish sauce mixed with lime juice and sugar as typical sauce to this.
