Seasoning makes bakso sauce:

  1. 10 pieces of red onion, in the puree
  2. 7 cloves of garlic, in puree
  3. 1 tablespoon fried onion, in puree
  4. 4 tsp beef cattle instant
  5. 4 tsp sugar
  6. 2 tbsp salt
  7. 1 teaspoon pepper
  8. 8 stalks, sliced

How to make bakso :

  1. Put starch, garlic, onion, pepper, salt, and beef into the container. Knead with regular hands or use a mixer, such as a food processor or blender. Mop the meat and the ingredients until smooth and well blended.
  2. Add ice cubes if the dough is soft and difficult to form.
  3. Boil water in a large pan until the heat is almost boiling.
  4. Take then grip the meatball meat dough, then press it so that the dough can come out between the thumb and index finger. Take the dough that has appeared with a spoon, then input into hot water. And so on until the dough runs out.
  5. Continue by cooking the pentol or ball of meatball before using the big fire, until everything seems to float. Lift.

How to make bakso sauce:

  1. Boil water, then put all ingredients and spices for the sauce together. Wait for the water to boil again and bone to mature, then add the remaining water / meatball sauce.
  2. In order to keep the hot sauce, leave on the stove with low heat.
